Balotelli Bags Brace, Fires Nice To Top of Table

                                                          Balotelli converts Penalty kick

Mario Balotelli made a spectacular start to his Ligue 1 career, scoring two goals as Nice beat Olympique Marseille 3-2.
The Italy international took just seven minutes to break his duck, converting a penalty that was given away by ex-Roma midfielder William Vainqueur.
Marseille turned the game around to lead 2-1 but SuperMario soared to nod in the equaliser, his highlight in a man-of-the-match display. Moments later Cyprien secured the 3-2 victory, sending Nice joint top of the table with 10 points.

It capped a memorable week for Balotelli and his team-mates: on his arrival at the club this week, he brought €15,000-worth of presents to help ingratiate himself in the new team. That money now appears to have been well spent...
