Man
cannot do without problems, because it is those
problems that beget opportunities. Infact, God created problems in order that it aids us
fulfill the purpose of our existence. Problem
constitutes the challenges, troubles, trials, adversity,
that we encounter on daily basis of our living.
Men
in hall of fames are those who chose to see problems as opportunities
rather than obstacles.
Men like biblical Moses, Jacob, Paul, Ester, David and so on.
Adversity
does not develop your character but reveals your character (cf 2corinthians 12:7).
In every challenges we face in
life, lies an overwhelming opportunities but of us are quick
to give up. When we give up on a problem, we have in other words given up an
opportunity that could make us a better being. Most people have defects on their bodies
but the clothes they put on is the reason why those defects
are not revealed. If they
remove their clothes, those
defects would be revealed. So there is never a
problem, untill you call something one.
My
mentor, Bishop David Oyedepo
says, "you
never see a champion that is not challenged, is
overcoming the challenges that brings out the champion in you". It is the champion in you that makes you to
be envied by people not been pitied. Every
problems has a divine purpose, problem
made you what you are. It can
promote or demote you (cf
Psalm
34:19). John Hagee says, "The way
you see your problems and the way you will solve them determine the rest of your life".
People
thought that when you follow God, you will
not encounter problems. It is a
wrong perception. Infact, that's
when adversity will increase to test your faith. Adversity is God's school and
God uses problems to test our character, in fact every problem has a promise (Exodus
15:26).
There
are uncountable promises which God has for us in his words and those promises
will shape our journey for good. No man
pray to encounter problem but problem comes willingly and uninvited. It is a
way of life to try how your faith is, problem
force us to pray (cf1king
3:7-9).
A
man who prays in his closet see farther than a man who
stands in church praying when problem comes. Know that whatever challenges you are
facing now is known by God and he knows the way
to save you from such problem. There are times in everyone's
life when success is born from adversity, so take a deep breath, shake yourself and know that God cannot
fail you bearing in mind that every problem has an expiring
date.
