There is no
better time to free Lagos than now. Lagos State has long been in bondage,
begging for freedom. March 2019 is that golden chance for Lagosians to take
their common destiny in their hands and free themselves.
It is on this
note that the candidacy of Jimi Agbaje, the Governorship Candidate of the PDP
in Lagos state, comes to mind.
Jimi Agbaje
has on his lips the common cries of the people of Lagos. He has a vision of transforming Lagos
state to match the “developed city status” which it bears.
It is long
overdue that an advanced State like Lagos is continually in the hands of
"one man". It is sad that Lagos, as promising and great as it is
destined to be, it is being directed by "one man" who in turn decides
who governs and who does not, when and for how long.
Lagos is too
big for "one man" who though is not elected, to be deciding who gets
elected. It is a "misnomer" that a man whose tenure as Governor ended
constitutionally in 2007 to continually lord it over Lagos State.
It is time
for the people of Lagos to rise up and address such defect. It is time to
"free Lagos" from the grip of "one man".
Lagosians
must rise up to this fact and own up the candidacy of Jimi Agbaje, the
"Moses of Lagos State".
Jimi Agabje comes to the race with a demonstrated capacity and ability to manage and steer the
affairs of Lagos state. He has successfully managed his businesses which in
turn gives him a competitive edge over his fellow contestants.
As someone who has been in the race
severally, Jimi Agabje understands the issues in and around lagos state. His
development blueprint addresses the issues of traffic congestion in and around lagos,
the problem of double taxation, the problem of housing, and all other sundry
issues.
As an apostle of human capital development,
Jimi has anchored his developmental plans on human capacity building which is
the bedrock upon which development is
anchored.
Jimi Agbaje
of the PDP has the right message and the right plans. He has a plan of freeing
Lagos in every way and sense from the "Pharaoh in Bourdillion".
Come March
2019, a Vote for Jimi Agbaje is a Vote for the Freedom of good people of Lagos
State.
Lagos state is the way it is today
simply because Jimi Agbaje has not taken over, the time has come to get it
right.
A "Free Lagos" is a
Lagos with Jimi Agbaje as the Governor.
